When we notice the distortion in our code

When we accept that there is no opposite to love in reality

Through totally accepting ourselves

and bloomin Nora there have been thousands of years of programming the opposite 

beliefs into our DNA 

in the belief system that we are wicked

which suited the time and the learning

and the patriarchal priest 

co dependency pattern

and the whole system of religion

which was a necessary step in our evolution

otherwise it wouldn’t have been in there

for us to….

experientially understand

what it feels like to live

believing we are less than

and unworthy

Many people come to me that are very self aware

Intellectually they know lots of stuff about 

psychology

inner child

their journey

life the universe and everything

and haven’t experienced

emotional freedom technique

They have done talking therapies

drama therapies

acted it out

beaten it out

thrashed about

been to the four corners of the world

wrote books on it

and…..

all these methodologies are what they have learned as a child

to do something practical and avoid…..

feeling the feelings

When they rerun a past event that their mind insists they are “over”

and suddenly emotion comes in waves

they realise that they are

still emotionally invested in that past place

That is the difference that makes the

difference

Love is felt

It isn’t an intellectual experience

If a person has never felt loved

no one can explain what that feels like

EFT gives you a tool to do this and bring in all the other gifts and wisdom you already have 🙂

We are here to feel
