and as I read this re~visiting the energy I felt back then

and

remembering 

how my relating experiences at that time 

had created a heart response from me 

Generally this has come from being in relationship inauthentically 

with people who 

have not learned how to relate respectfully and lovingly 

because they have not personally had that experience shown to them in life 

and 

most importantly 

have not learned how to do it as an adult 

This is so key 

One of the most important teachings

How to be loving and respectful

whilst being authentic 

in relationship

Generally people give more importance to leaning other rules and laws 

with regards to manifesting and magic 

missing a point entirely :

that love is the way forward

for the human race 

and 

The Spiritual Warrior on the Heart Path embodiment process

means:

to sort yourself out on every level

and

as a direct outcome of that process

stop the old codes from being present in you

that hurt you

and

hurt everyone else

What goes around

comes around

that is the true integrated meaning 

This knowledge changes everything 

This is not innate

and

many people do not understand this 

This has to be learnt by individuals 

and 

comes from 

personal integration within

It is not simply an intellectual process 

It is errenous to believe

that people can simply start behaving in a way

that is different from their experiential learning

people literally do what they know 

so 

do as I say not as I do 

Sound familiar?

Does not compute on a human level 

akin to the belief that affirmations alone will create a manifestation of change 

It is a very deep denial belief

that is a core creation code of deception in our society

and 

a core ego smoke and mirrors misdirection 

Allowing ourselves to be fooled by this 

allows suffering

it is a natural outcome

If people could simply do this without inner process…

i.e automatically start behaving impeccably and lovingly 

on the outside …

when inside there is no existing structure to support it

then there would be no experiential learning or human evolution

Many people now know the theory of this

and

yet have not internalised it

and

will not

until it is their spiral time

as this allows the evolution game to be played

and

this may not happen for them in this lifetime 

Our western culture has been impoverished and repressing the sacred feminine 

for thousands of years 

and

as a result has created a model for living that is

harsh 

survivalist mode

War like

and

has to have an absence of gentle and loving feminine energy to maintain that  

there is also an absence of that experience in each human being

on a spectrum

an absence of that emotional intelligence

an absence of emotional awareness 

and 

behaviour therefore resulting in that lack of love

that is unloving and often lacks awareness of even being that 

and 

the pain of not knowing how to do that 

embody that 

feeling that lack and desperation

activating all of that ancestral code

and 

spinning on the wheel of that 

not knowing how to get off it 

knowing that one’s actions are nihilistic 

and

yet continuing with them

in order to “survive”

in our sick society 

Remember what we are being we are creating in the next moment 

and 

we will receive what we give 

which is why there is no need for punishment or law

on one level 

as one receives according to what one has lived 

and 

so it is 

Know them by the fruit of their labours

What is manifest we have co created

This endemic Narcissistic way of relating 

is the foundation stone of our consumer society 

because it is based on thousands of years of experiential learning

Repeating patterns

Repeating triggers in relationship

Leading to a different outcome 

A different understanding

A different level of relating 

and 

allowing me to be discerning in many ways 

and also that this is not how I choose to relate in a certain framework 

and

if I choose to override my knowingness

and

relate in a way that

does not truly serve me 

I suffer

on an emotional level

on a physical level 

and

this affects everything that I do and create 

It destabilises me 

So 

each time I learn from this 

and how to refine my relating process

often I do not trust myself and my gut

Mapping out a blueprint, a great plan. Designing into it the perfect escape route, which is anonymity. Going under for the duration, you make absolutely sure that you look and act like a clone of any given prototype that calls no attention to itself. With everything splendidly in place and the perfect disguise solidly maintained, you are safe inside to go into absolutely anything. A hard time for me with bullying and trying to choose who to connect to in school also changes in family health

creates massive self awareness

I know many people do not yet share my perspective

shadow emotions 

Generally uncomfortable feelings that are not happiness or joy 

Everything that allows me to clear all my resistance

It is the essence of integrated authentic compassion

I experienced this energy when I was 22 and I had cervical cancer 

it was 1987

I was in an abusive relationship 

I was also physically attacked by this man 

It began my journey into mental health 

I was experiencing panic attacks, tunnel vision and psoriasis on my face 

The experience I had in 2015 was not the same

but highlighted where I was now 

Very aware of some things 

still in abusive and imbalanced relationship

with massive projection going on 

and

the difference was I felt deep love and compassion for this man 

a deep soul and past life connection

I re ~engaged 

Even if I had stopped this there I am offering you that this would have re emerged somewhere else 

this is deep soul work 

that is happening for planetary evolution and understanding 

and I do not in any way encourage or dismiss abusive behaviour 

My journey involves modelling experiential learning to understand 

I cannot do that with a book

I keep going until I create a completion of a stage and pass through a Gateway 

This is often not good to experience 

I am always hopeful of a loving transformation 

however key learning for me through this journey 

the other person has to be learning how to emotionally evolve and heal
