What does it mean to be human?
Our body is our life vehicle and we travel with it along our path. It is an amazing energetic creation that has evolved over millions of years and stores that evolution. It has come a very long way on it’s travels.
Through shared evolution we have a reptilian mind that is instinctive,
we have a mammilian mind that is emotive
and a human mind that is cognitive.
When we explore how these work we have valuable insights as to how we have reached where we are today
and also
that if we choose to change direction we can.
We are always at a point of choice.
Our universe is always changing to create evolution.
It is always expanding and moving onwards on the great cosmic wheel.
If we choose to move along with it we can synchronise ourselves consciously and become proactive
rather than reactive
which is a very different focus.
All our choices today have led us to where we are in mind,body and spirit.
When we work holistically with all areas of our life then we integrate all aspects.
Each part of our life is connected to the other , just as we are all inter-connected on our planet.
Everything is energy.
Where would you like to be this time next year ?
Maybe it is in a different place to where you are now?
I have learned that the key to happiness is through acceptance of ourselves.
When we are at odds with ourselves and how our inner critic believes we “should” be then we are in an energetic wave of lack
Who created our inner critic in our circle of influence?
What were key life events that caused emotional conflict and unconsciously have been creating more of the same ever since?
If we become aware of those we can change how we feel about them.
I use Emotional Freedom Technique to do that .
Instead of focusing on changing the outside we focus on the inside.
We look at what beliefs we have now that have created our life now.
How flexible are we about change?
How accepting are we of ourselves?
Are we free flowing?
Are we controlling?
Are we holding onto the past?
All of this is reflected in our body.
Our life vehicle shows where our energy flows and where it is stagnant and stuck.
It is our philosopher’s stone of understanding
To create well-being our body is like any other life form on our planet and has certain needs.
Healthy diet, exercise, getting out in nature.
Doing what we love creates bliss and we have our own unique ways of creating well-being.
The radiant circuits are the energy meridians that light us up.
