The universe doesn’t have a mind like a person and neither does our soul.
They are free from thought and linear belief systems and so have a different way of operating that is beautifully complex and at the present time of our collective ego development largely outside our understanding.
When we do get glimpses of the bigger picture it literally blows our mind.
This year I am sharing ways of synchronising with this system and aligning with it as this is where I am on my path.
The most important shift that I got was when I moved from being primarily reactive to being proactive and focusing on my self first. This felt unnatural at first as it seems to fly in the face of all that we are taught and so it feels paradoxical however as we travel and shape this groove it does become clear.
At this time of transition many paradoxical patterns are surfacing as we change our direction and focus to return to who we truly are and move away from over emphasis of the mind.
Most people on our planet are reactive and putting others first as part of our formatting over the years has been to be of this pattern. We have had generations of people who have learned through education and conditioning to live in a society led by patriarchal teaching. All of this has been perfect for our learning and evolution and the majority of the sacred feminine teaching has been repressed and hidden. Only a select few were privy to the teaching and this is how it was meant to be because it matched the bigger picture. This teaching is now going global because it’s the time of the great awakening and where the secrets of living from our hearts instead of being led by our head are flowering.
The key to allowing our sacred feminine blossoming is to unleash the goddess energy within all of us.
This is the key – within.
In the patriarchal masculine energy pattern we are pre-disposed to follow male and masculine models having had lots of programming that this is where our strength lies. Men are from Mars…….actually our masculine is in Mars and men and women can access their feminine energy and Venus. We are moving away from literal duality knowledge and being two halves make a whole living where one unit comes together with another. In times past men were believed to be the masculine energy and women the feminine and the nature of the Aquarian age is balancing those energies within us. Women may be different in terms of their menstrual cycles and I believe that male cycles haven’t been looked at with any great focus. As we raise our consciousness our understanding expands and amazing new information comes to light. We are all intrinsically connected to the heartbeat and rhythms of the universe and the more we release our conditioning the more is revealed to us once more.

We are largely focused on mind control that comes from intellect rather than heart wisdom that comes from feelings.
Most business models for success are based on repression of feelings and are very selective about being exclusive and expensive to create an outcome of what is deemed “professional” and it is “just business” . Everything has a price, everything can be bought, everything can be achieved and fixed through writing a cheque, buying a course, wearing a uniform of some kind and connecting to a model that is designed by the super rich to achieve the label of having “made it”
It is surface living and superficial and has a very short shelf life and to achieve this model we have to go outside and work with the manipulation mindset of “fake it till you make it” and this road to hell is of course paved with good intentions such as ” help others and you help yourself” and for some people this belief is genuine and heart centred and for others it’s a spin doctor’s reframe game of smoke and mirrors to justify behaving in a mercenary manner to get what you want.
If, like me, you are not prepared to pay any of this price tag because deep down you absolutely know to your core that this is a huge illusion that is well past it’s sell by date and part of a very outmoded way of living……. then maybe you feel inspired to do something else ?
It is tricky during this transition phase to get clear about how to go about this process because most people you speak to about moving away from this way of living are so full of the fear of letting go and so addicted and plugged into this system. On a heart level we can be heard and yet the message is so radically different to the regular collective call that as a messenger we often get shot. Most people have some much emotional stuff stored in their energy body that anything coming close to their ego armour gets shot to pieces no matter how well-meaning or illuminating.
If the ego is running the show then it requires a cast iron plan with a proven formula so no risk involved……..and that is so opposed to the way of the heart and freedom.
People who are sharing their heart based businesses it is time to take a deep breath and know that this way of being is new and people will come and connect in time and often that will be when facing a brick wall or deep universal nudging – steep learning curve approacheth 🙂
My belief on this new time is that we are now very much into the universal wheel and way and so for me at New Year we went out for a short time and then went back home again as we felt so out of sorts and it felt so unnatural.
What we have been living with the Gregorian traditional calendar is so out of synch with the true rhythm of the universe that the more authentic we become and the more we resist the out of synch tradition. The clues are in the month names even September is the seventh month not the ninth working with the zodiac system.
Now is the half way point in the Mayan calendar and we are at the top of the pyramid energetically and communing with the heavens as the Capricorn energy shows. It is the time of going within and seeking resolution within rather than a new year check list without.
So many of our sacred ceremonies have been manipulated by our consumer world, however when we resist the conditioning we can feel our true nature instead.
So many posts about wanting sleep, needing rest and not wanting to get up in the dark and illness at this time of year because we are going against what our authentic self needs. When we have all this collective manipulative energy coming in – yang in it’s base nature , our body reacts to balance it with yin energy hence the colds , flu and headaches. Our body is our amazing philosopher’s stone that is so often ignored and overidden by using drugs to mask and control the symptoms as we have forgotten to heed our own body wisdom and revere our sacred earthly temple.
Again when we have a reactive pattern than we are very biased to reacting. The pattern is simple once we become aware.
If we take the time to do an energetic letting go work out on a daily basis then our journey becomes a lot easier and smoother without the jagged edges……this is a very peaceful oriented model that creates great flow and delight although drama queen’s who like their life to be like a soap opera avoid this option for obvious reasons.
I am becoming more disciplined in this because I know it creates huge benefits and allows more consistency and less roller coaster rides.
A raised eyebrow replaces a hysterical dive for the duvet and chocolate induction on a large scale. Our triggers get less and we recover quicker.
Moving away from this ego framework as a therapist/coach/transformational process provider……means we do not offer other ego’s a fix or have ego tick boxes that the undeveloped ego can feel safe with as we don’t have a traditional model that is known, tried and tested.
Only a select few who are willing to face their fear will come at first because as way showers we do not have all the answers – being synchronised and working with not knowing and trust is a key part of aligning with the sacred feminine.
This is a crucial first step that initiates take
owning our place of being and taking responsibility for everything occurring in our world
Synchronising with the universe means going into the unknown and being present. There is a divine reason for everything and so we trust that process, When it is the time to know , we know.
It means looking deeply into ourselves as a microcosm of the macrocosm and most people are too afraid to do that and yet until we do it we cannot truly unleash the goddess within 🙂

When we focus on doing the inner work on ourselves we transform and our power grows from a heart perspective.
Many therapists and coaches are unaware of this and believe their clients to be different from themselves.
The more people who understand this and the more the shift happens.
We attract ourselves and this year using the linear gregorian calendar of January 01 2013 is the year of White Planetary Mirror.
This year those who choose to work consciously with this energy will have fabulous breakthroughs. The mirror does not distort or lie – it does not have a mind just like our higher self or our universe. It simply reflects back to us what our individual unique experience of our world is. This year is a galactic activation portal year which allows us to integrate ourselves to a whole new level if we choose. The more we clear what we call our shadow and the clearer our mirror becomes.
Many people understand projection to be feeling irritated by another and this really being their shadow self projected rather than about that person – they are really irritated by themselves and seeing that through another. Each person has their own irritation as they have their own understanding.
If we are reactionary then often the other person is then not focused upon and instead self-blame steps in.

Both are important 🙂 and letting go of blame through releasing the emotion – anger and sadness etc is the key.
My understanding through doing my own inner work and working with many people and their patterns over many years……
experientially integrated……
is that we are seeing a match for our life experience through that person in some way
at the perfect moment.
There is nothing “bad” about any of these feelings or indeed the other person per se – their behaviour may be unloving, inappropriate and/or abusive and that ideally will be an issue to be looked at if at all possible.
It is an opportunity to evolve by noticing how we are connecting to them and how this is resonating within us and this then places us at a point of choice.
We have created a crossroads where we can notice this information and do something with it and primarily this is by releasing the feelings that aren’t joy and love.
In this process we raise our consciousness.
Each person we connect to is a time travelling portal opportunity to revisit our past hurts and let them go so we relate in a new way now and when we do this for us and release our past we are truly free of it and we evolve.
We can create from inspiration and this shift in us shifts our universe.
This is how our universe expands and evolves through our process rather than independently outside of us.
If you do not have a personal energy transformation process that focuses on feelings rather than purely intellect or body work then this part of integration is key for you.
This is the emotional evolution.
Everything is important and the feelings are the key to moving into the heart and living from it.

A planetary mirror is the number ten. We are in a year ten which started in January 2004. Last year we were in Red Solar Skywalker which was all about completion of this thirteen year cycle. Red Skywalker energy is all about connecting to our soul journey – the sacred journey we are here to experience.

It is now once more the time to reconnect with their wisdom so we align with our universe and bring in this sacred feminine energy through us.

This is the key. We are the birthers of the new age . We are the midwives. We are the bringers of the new dawn 🙂
It really doesn’t matter what part we choose to play because all are valid and equal.
We have free will and we each choose.
The universal cycle has been in the dark moon for many thousands of years and that was what was perfect for that time.
Now we are moving into The Age of Aquarius and remembering who we really are. This is a great movie that illustrates this perfectly :
Through the beauty of our dreams that are our higher self guiding us and our shadow showing us what seeks integration.
We are shooting comets creating life and amazing stuff in our cosmic wake ……so exciting.
Everything that is showing up now that feels emotionally tough, is simply past issues looking to be integrated so we can get our star show on the road and be who we truly are.
We are being reborn.
We repeat our cycles over and over so we get to experience them in a different way and the more aware of this we become the more we can create consciously and in terms of manifesting , we become aware of our intrinsic creation patterns. We become enlightened.
The more we work with this Mayan wavespell signature and the more we see synchronistically and go with the flow rather than attempting to carve our ego path and receive a course correction.
It is time to let go of being directed by outside influences and ways of fixing ourselves in an out of balance way. This is where the focus has been.
If we choose to embrace our lives as a sacred journey and allow our true nature and emotion to emerge then anything is possible.
Now is the time of circles and working within.
If we haven’t done our inner work then we cannot access universal creating because we are energetically speaking a different language.
We are on a mission to save the world, save the lost and the needy and…….and if we are focused on any mission other than our own sacred journey then we living the ego path and that path will take us round and round in circles to disappear into our own black hole rather than through the eye of the storm to inner peace.
This year I am creating workshops at synchronised universal times of ancient sacred living.
These will be at key transition points of Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Lammas and Samhain for larger events.
I know that for many people who like to book ahead and get a date and precise information to satisfy their diary, planning and linear mind this is a very unsatisfactory way of being and I understand that:-)
What I have learned in being the change we want to see in the world we simply have to allow new ways of letting this info come in and connect when this is the right time for us and significantly when we are in alignment with the bigger picture of this amazing universe we live in and how it really functions.

and to me this doesn’t resonate with where our planet is heading for no matter how it is dressed up or justified
and I know that we are all going through a pattern of downsizing to move away from ego .
When we have lots of cash we tend to buy our way through life avoiding our learning and going off road into the sticky backwaters
speaking from experience here too 🙂
Most people I work with don’t have lots of cash to spend generally at the moment and resist spending it on themselves
and that isn’t changing anytime soon
It is all part of our transition process 🙂
The key is to pay what you can afford and to invest in yourself in terms of putting ourselves as a number one priority and valuing ourselves
this is an essential shift to being proactive and changing direction
and it does pay huge dividends
Where our focus is is where our energy flows and is amplified.
Committing to a sustainable energy exchange that we can afford each month
because if we avoid commitment to changing within consistently
then nothing in our outside world will change
and our outside will also be erratic.
This is what most people on our planet do not understand
focus on the inside and the outside changes
this is the secret
the more we focus on the outside and the more we lose our inner power
When we do what we love we let go of needing financial reward and stuff emotionally
I do the majority of my sharing for no money reward
because in the process of sharing my learning my heart opens and I evolve
I learn through this process
and at this time I do have to live and use money to do that
we all do
For everyone who has an excess of wealth someone else has contributed to that
and often that means someone is in deficit to balance that
so it is finding a balance that works for all parties in my circle
again the world shift we are going through
learning new ways of living
and balancing our accountancy books
I understand this doesn’t fit any banking business model I have ever worked with and I have had lots of experience of cash-flow forecasts, schedules of work in property renovating and organising groups of people in the leisure industry and what my life experience has shown me so far in these areas is that it’s all great in theory, the figures all stack until…….and that’s when the big black holes appear.
We cannot future forecast life and who on earth would really want to?
Really who are we kidding ?
It is so hilarious on one level when you see clearly this designer charade and so sad on another.
And it is what it is too.
It reflects our collective unconscious just now.
It is such a limiting approach totally coming from an ego positive intention of reigning in our sacred feminine free spirit so we can buy stuff we don’t need, from people we don’t like and prop up……what?
Our wounded little boy and girl self who felt they got a bad deal out of life….and I do not in any way seek to trivialise people’s life experience.
We all have extreme experiences in our journey because it is through them that we really learn the most isn’t it?
It is important that if we want to live a happy life we see these experiences as the true value that they are and let go of them once they have served their purpose.
No one is here to be punished or experience a terrible, sad life and the more we do our inner work and the more we can see that.
As we let go we move into more knowingness and heart wisdom that can only be accessed experientially.
As we come into centre we can let go of extremes.
If we haven’t experienced something then we cannot truly know it and be able to work with it – this is the magical alchemical path that more people are awakening to.
My intention this year is to share my own learning and experience in a practical way so that people have the tools and awareness for themselves and my dream is to create lots of beautiful Heart Centre places and projects with other people around the world to do this.
I do not hold myself up as a guru or a paragon of virtue as I am simply sharing where I am. I have learned a lot on my journey and love what I do.
It has taken me many paths to find the processes I use and I know they work because they have worked primarily for me and I will not share anything with other people that I do not use myself.
I find it frustrating that many therapists are offering services to people and clearly not doing their own work as a priority , as a first point of call and yet are claiming to be able to assist others.

We are all a work in progress and if we offer guidance to others then for me to have integrity, individuals offering transformational process match this.
You shall know them by the fruit of their labours... is an old adage……discernment is key.
I have no religion to be clear on this and now I recognise the plain message from old scriptures that have been used to manipulate people through fear.
Lots of great wisdom when seen clearly without the window dressing.
Are we intending to be the most accepting of ourselves and coming from love or are we saying one thing and doing another?
The most important transformational tool that I have found for myself is Emotional Freedom Technique because this is what creates the shift and changes our energy circles.
It integrates and creates amazing transformation in the model of Einstein thinking:
We cannot create a solution to the problem in the same energy circle that created it.
When we tap on what our ego mind sees as “the issue” then we allow this to be accepted and loved. We are then in a very different space. We allow ourselves to open up to new ways of being that come from our source.

Moon awakening through the thirteen moon calendar to raise the feminine in us:
So coming on Saturday 12 of January is Red Galactic Moon and this is a number eight in this wavespell so all about integrity.
The moon energy itself is number nine in the Mayan and I am a number 9 which is all about completing cycles.
I am meeting a few number nines just now .
My view of this – we are here to complete ourselves through integration and share this with others ready to receive.
On January 11th we have New Moon In Capricorn and on the 10th we are going into a new moon in the Mayan calendar.
Each month this Mayan moon changes.
This month it is the number seven moon Red Resonant Moon and this occurs every January 10 until February 06
We are in year seven of the thirteen year cycle of Red Moon and this is what is the bigger picture of now – the theme of returning and remembering and awakening.
So it is a time of creating a new cycle and fluid structure that is based on integrity, being real and owning our stuff as we see it reflected in what we see around us and creating something that is heart based now
