Whenever life get’s complicated that is all we need to remember
How we are responding to whatever
is happening to the outside world
Is of our own making
We are creating meaning about this that is unique to us
We are having an emotional reaction about this that is unique to us
We have created all of this because of our life so far
Therefore the solutions …
to anything we are feeling and making meaning that we do not want
lies in these earlier life events
When we know ourself
understand ourself
When we start to create a manual for ourself
We understand how our buttons and switches work
and then we understand how to work with them
Instead of resisting what they do
Most of our suffering comes from our resistance to
what is
This resistance comes to the table
with everything that matches resistance in the past
That doesn’t mean that we want to wipe the slate clean of our experiential life so far
and become an emotion free machine
a saintly somnambulist walking through life in a comfortably numb space
( lot’s of people choose this route understandably)
It is the opposite of that
It is understanding how we came to believe what we do about ourselves
and others
and then realise that everything every day is showing us where we have evolutionary possibility
through our resistance
emotions that are uncomfortable
that are doorways of change
Gateways
The Great Mother of creation brings us this
Our ego , whilst full of pain and
maybe piss and vinegar patterns
pretends that it is above all this
has a “better plan”
:you don’t really need to go backwards into all that mire do you ?:
Once we understand that this is
the raw ego’s prime directive code
to avoid pain in any shape or form
It starts to shed some light on why it would do that
It is a shallow simple survival programme that has no depth to it
It isn’t meant to
Neanderthal style fight or flight free of any sophi ~stication of logic of conscious awareness
There are other programme’s for that …
However to access these one has to master being disciplined with the raw ego response
and for any addictive programme re ~patterning this takes determination to create a new pattern
forge a new path in the wires of the brain for example
It has the same pattern as a person who has no life experience to draw on in certain areas
No field of depth
The ego doesn’t know that certain hedonistic pursuits lead to a very unwell space for the body further down the line
or for the planet
and it does not care ~ it is incapable of caring
It is a simple reader of the past and a risk assessor based on what it knows works/does not work
and has a very limited scope therefore
which is why it leads us to live a limited life
if we let it
It does not do feelings the mind
that is the remit of the heart
being in alignment and in balance with the brain
Ego is wanting to fix the pain fast
no matter what the long term cost
So we can see where this ego pattern is rampaging now on the world stage
because it is having it’s will within each one of us
This is the first biggest challenge in the soul journey and ego evolution
Do you have what it takes to do the dance with the devil ?
Your own personal devil that will do anything it can to distract you and keep you on the path of
what you know feels good
familiar
fabulous
That we all learned as children and young adult’s to transport us
to our own personal heaven for a while
using something to change our mood
change our state
let loose the dragon within
it may be we chased the dragon
shrugged off the shyness with a little alcohol
raised the temperature with some speed
unleashed the mind with some mushrooms
escaped “reality” with a good film and lots of goodies to put in our mouth to stuff down our feelings
These behaviours may have mutated into different ego personas
Achieving recognition with a “job” title
Becoming certified as an intellectual
a healer
an alternative freedom fighter for whatever….
All ego masks which we are in the last few days
of with the Mayan Year changing in a weeks time
We are now in the new age of transitioning all these escape
and coping mechanisms which are not long lasting or sustainable
and wear us out
It takes a lot of energy to prop up these shadow pursuits
and the cost is way to high for all of us on planet earth
so is it time now…
to get back to the reality of who we really are
instead of a society created construct conscript
that has outgrown this uniformity
and is ready to connect to the core
All of these ways of being have allowed us to get to where we are today
and this is key
to accept them and in doing so accept ourselves as this is the way home 🙂
It is again very simple this process ~
honest truth is the way and the code
and it is what it is
clear and simple
Resistance is resistance and it creates resistance
so if you want to create resistance…
be resistant
On the other hand if you want to be accepted
then that is acceptance
Who is going to accept you
if you don’t accept yourself ?
The universal part of you
is going to keep bringing you the parts of you
that you don’t accept
giving you an opportunity to ~
well accept them
and then when you accept them
you have healed the original resistance created in your childhood
That is what we are here for 🙂
It doesn’t mean that how that person is behaving
is something we feel is “right relationship” respectful etc or something we want in our world
Everyone is where they are ~ that is the truth
A two year old may have tantrums
and it’s parent resists that behaviour sometimes/maybe all the time
and that is how that child learns about it’s will
and another’s will
and carries that pattern in life
until it learns how to do it differently
or not
On one level it all starts from the moment we are born
and our mind starts to make rules about the world
We all have choices throughout life whether to change and modify or behaviour
do an update to live in balance
or to blame our Mother and Father figures and stay in victim mode
powerless

This little ditty about work setting you free hung over some gates in the not too distant past
These gates weren’t pearly and they weren’t heavenly
and what started out as a mission for one group in society ~ a scapegoat
converted into many groups who got in the way of the mission

Day 13 ~ Yellow Cosmic Sun
The last day of the 260 day Halloween initiated spiral has arrived
What is ready to shift today that has birthed over this gestation period ?
What light moment has aha’d us into a new consciousness ?
What can we create movement with
Within
To create new beginnings without
What have we integrated in our core
So we can let the barriers down
Remove the outer layers of our ego masks
Heal our heart
Are you ready to see what this cycle has
rejuvenated in us
rebirthed in us
let the layers dissolve
let the ancestors be heard within the dna
let the structure be revealed
to be healed
on all levels
So we are ready for the next level of potentiality
Today at the time of writing we have

Candor, stark naked honesty. Getting rid of all false coverings, going for what counts. You are sharply intent upon getting at the truth and staying on the truth. Self-disclosure. An extraordinary aptitude for reality, you are the world’s most direct person, willing to be seen and known unequivocally. The jackhammer treatment. Blunt, brutal, and straightforward. Devoid of charm or grace, but right on the mark, gutsy and truly incorrigible.
A great exercise for today is this exercise of stark honesty
First of all with ourselves:
What has been the theme running through this whole year that has felt very uncomfortable ?
Where have I been feeling the most resistance ?
Who or what has been showing up in the outer world to prod the pain body ?
Emotionally ?
Physically ?
Go within and feel it with the intention of raising conscious awareness
What is at the root of this way back in childhood ?
What survival mechanism did we create to avoid feeling it ?
What Mind Mask ?
What head led coping mechanism that allowed us to get along with a way of living we abhor ?
With a bunch of people we believe are full of sh*t ?
All of which started off in the playground
This dishonesty is making us sick on some level
It is creating a sick society
and only when we stop doing the bullish*t will it change
It’s really simple ~
Our body does not lie
If we are physically carrying around extra baggage
We are living out of alignment with who we are and out of balance
If we are trying to hide our true place in life ~ our true being
by being inauthentic to project an image so we can be socially “acceptable”
whatever that is and it mutates along with the latest gimmick
We will be constantly getting sick and feeling tired trying to spin all the plates
leaking energy from our ruptured core
radiating rage
toxic thoughts turning our inner world into an imbalance ph
fuelled by all that attracts
If we carry on trying to plaster that over with an anti~depressant pattern
of fake positivity
Put a bubble of bounce over all that mountain of frustration and despair
The wound goes deeper and the volcano pressure gets higher
Instead we do the opposite and we go within
Deeper and deeper
Feel it all with the intention of being honest with ourselves
Open the door to it
Face it
Admit it
Whatever it is
It is actually simply something we believe about ourselves
When we look over our life so far
The fruit of our labours
How do we measure up to our inner critic ?
What have we created ?
What is our legacy ?
The only thing that matters for our soul journey at this point
At this crossroads
Is what we feel and believe about ourselves
That determines everything else that is going to happen from this moment
Everything else happens because of how we feel about ourselves
That is how we interface with the universe
That is how we create our experience
If we are afraid to feel our strongest emotions
that determines our life
Keeping them at bay
Avoidance of those intense currents within
So
this is where we go
First
When we go into our void it changes everything
It is where we get to the heart of the matter
All our biggest emotional events are creating our Cosmic Road Trip right now
If we are feeling like a boat tossed on a stormy sea
Time to visit that inner ocean and be brave
Weigh our heart and see if it is as light as a feather
or heavy as the the world on our shoulders
This is the hardest thing we ever have to do is admit how we feel
to ourselves
and sit down with our whispering voices from our past that are haunting us today
in every way
Today Jupiter goes into Leo
Expansion of our heart and courage
and
Expansion of our ego
For many this will be a one sided show on the outside
Building a legacy so that the little self will make it’s mark on the earth
coming from a place of lack of self worth
because little self doesn’t want to look at who it really is
the truth of it’s whole self
It wants to do something “new”
New bright shininess
Doesn’t want to recycle
Has to have money to buy things because it doesn’t want to learn or take care of itself
A child dependent on paying for services
and yet feeds off the suffering and servitude of others who are capable
and has them believe are the people who need them
because they have the money
and therefore the power
Time for truth for some who are ready to connect to their power source
Willing to do what it takes
To create stability and sustainability structures
so that humanity can thrive
rather than strive
The new cycle starts all over again tomorrow with a new layer of evolution unfolding
We are human beings and we all do stuff that we aren’t proud of
We have all made mistakes
We all hide ourselves from the world in some way rather than admit our human frailness
because we have been conditioned to
If we don’t learn to behave differently about this
turn this around
within ourselves
nothing can change
How could it ?
The universe is always changing because change is life
To embrace and enjoy life
We embrace change
and we create it within us
If we are sending out mixed messages of honesty because we have learned to do that
as a way of keeping safe
We reap what we sow
We get mixed messages back
and so honesty is the best policy
The truth is always there in what we receive
It is simply in a different form
Our true vibration
is always being transmitted and received by everyone and everything
which is why the universe brings us what we need
and that is very different to what our ego wants
which is why our ego seeks to override it 🙂
This process takes time
and key to assisting it’s birthing
is patience and being gentle with oneself
This is the bigger picture of the whole deal that arrives tomorrow ~

This is our challenge and growth area of new learning
When we integrate our shadow
the past ways of learning that created issues around telling the truth
any beliefs that got in the way of us being a clear channel and connecting to source
free from ego distortion
we are free
and accordingly
we see
we hear
we connect
are on line
with the divine 🙂
Isn’t that worth a few trips into the doldrums for some tapping and weeping and wailing with focused intent ?
That way we really become detached from the drama
because our personal drama has become
our personal self empowered place of grace
through our own self awareness process
