A day of reflection ~ literally 

What is reflecting back to you ?

Today we will be focusing on :

  • How to work out your ancestral patterns ~ using a decoder 
  • How to map your wounding using the holograph awareness
  • How to raise conscious awareness of cognitive dissonance and ego coping mechanisms
  • How to release the conditioned mind first of all through awareness
  • Going beyond reflecting and talking and the limitations created by these tools
